Sitting here
all alone,
forced to stay
in my home.
Wishing I was at work,
being with my dog
is my only perk.
Tired of this virus,
lots of people are dying.
Stores are closed,
not as many planes are flying.
Hoping this
whole thing ends.
Wanna go out,
see family and friends.
Sorry for
those lives lost.
Just know one day
all paths will be crossed.
